Ingredients For sausage filled crepes

2/3 cflour

2eggs,beaten

1 Tbspvegetable oil

2/3 cmilk
- SAUSAGE FILLING

1 lbsausage

1/4 cchopped onion
-
1/2 ccheddar cheese
-
1/2 tspmarjoram
- TOPPING

1/2 csour cream
-
1/4 cbutter,softened
How To Make sausage filled crepes

1Grease bottom of skillet with oil and put 2 T. of crepe mixture and brown on one side, turn and brown other side. Remove from skillet.

2Brown sausage and onion and marjoram. Drain off grease. Put meat mixture in crepe and roll up. Place in greased oven proof pan or dish and bake for 30 min. at 375. After 30 min. remove and top with topping, return to oven cook for 5 min.
