Ingredients For sausage and veg pie

  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1
    large onion
  • 1
    medium sized carrot
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    ground sage
  • 4
    large potatoes
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 oz
    butter
  • 1
    green bell pepper
  • 1
    red bell pepper
  • 1 c
    of your favorite cheese, shreeded
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb
    bacon bits, uncooked

How To Make sausage and veg pie

  • 1
    Cook your potatoes and mash them with the milk and butter.
  • 2
    Mix the pork, sage, onion (diced), carrot (diced), eggs, salt and pepper together in a bowl.

    Line a flan dish with wax paper and press the mixed pork all over the dish, pressing it up the sides as well.

    Place your mash on top, then your peppers and bacon on top of the mash. Sprinkle your cheese on top.

    Place in the oven at 350°F for 30 mins, and then serve.
