Ingredients For sausage and veg pie

1 lbground pork
-
1large onion
-
1medium sized carrot
-
2eggs
-
1 tspground sage
-
4large potatoes
-
1/2 cmilk
-
2 ozbutter
-
1green bell pepper
-
1red bell pepper
-
1 cof your favorite cheese, shreeded

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 lbbacon bits, uncooked
How To Make sausage and veg pie

1Cook your potatoes and mash them with the milk and butter.

2Mix the pork, sage, onion (diced), carrot (diced), eggs, salt and pepper together in a bowl.

3Line a flan dish with wax paper and press the mixed pork all over the dish, pressing it up the sides as well.

4Place your mash on top, then your peppers and bacon on top of the mash. Sprinkle your cheese on top.

5Place in the oven at 350°F for 30 mins, and then serve.
