Ingredients For sausage and sauerkraut supper

1 lbsmoked sausage (use low fat sausage for heart healthy eating)

1 jarsauerkraut (32 ounces)

2 csliced potatoes

1thinly sliced onion
How To Make sausage and sauerkraut supper

1Place sauerkraut in bottom of a large casserole dish. Top with onions and potatoes. Cut sausage into serving sized pieces. Place on top of casserole. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and done.
