Ingredients For sausage & alfredo lasagna roll ups

  • 1 lb
    ground sausage
  • 1 lg
    onion diced
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c
    heavy cream
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese softened
  • 2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12
    lasagna sheets cooked and cooled
  • italian parsley chopped for garnish

How To Make sausage & alfredo lasagna roll ups

    In a large skillet brown the sausage with the onion and garlic until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper. Remove half of the sausage to a plate and set aside.

    Add the cream cheese, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese to the remaining sausage in the skillet. Cook until cream cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.

    Coat a large 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Place a small amount of sauce in bottom of pan. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

    Lay out one sheet of cooked lasagna noodle. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and spoon a small amount of sausage down the middle. Roll up jelly roll style and place in baking pan seam side down. Continue until all the lasagna noodles are used. Pour the remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle any remaining Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes. Top with parsley
