This is a super-easy, delicious slow cooker recipe that's great for any night of the week. The fall-off-the-bone tender pork chops are cooked in a garlic, mushroom and white wine sauce that you may just want to eat with a spoon.

1 lgsweet onion, chopped

1 smcan (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained

1 1/2 to 2 lbpork chops (see **note)

1 cancream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup

1 canbeefy mushroom soup

1/3 cdry white wine
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper

2 lg or 4 smbay leaves
-
1chicken bouillon cube, unwrapped

1beef bouillon cube, unwrapped
How To Make saucy garlic mushroom pork chops (crock pot)

1Gather all ingredients; chop onion, drain mushrooms and grind black pepper.

2Place plastic liner in crock pot, if using. Add onions and mushrooms to crock pot.

3Place pork chops on top of onions and mushrooms.

4In a medium size mixing bowl, combine both soups, wine, salt, pepper and bouillon cubes.

5Pour mixture over pork chops. Place lid on crock pot; cook on low setting for 6 hours, or high setting for 4 hours.

6Remove and discard bay leaves. Serve hot, covered with the sauce, with mashed potatoes, rice or noodles. Cover and refrigerate leftovers.

7**NOTE: You may use bone-in chops (more flavor,) or boneless (recommended if serving to children.) Pork will be fall-off-the-bone tender, so remove from pot with a large spatula.
