This is a modified "Atkins Diet" recipe. It's low-carb and delicious!!! My hubby loves it, especially drenched with salsa, so I let him have most of the sauce and put extra cream cheese on mine. I use the already prepared cream cheese w/chives from the grocery store.

4thick cut pork chops

1 cyour favorite salsa

spreadable cream cheese w/chives
How To Make salsa pork chops

1Heat oil in a medium skillet. Brown chops on both sides.

2Cover the chops with the salsa. My husband likes a lot of salsa but you can use less if you like.

3Lower heat and cook (covered) until chops reach about 160 degrees.

4Top each chop with about a tablespoon of the cream cheese w/chives.

5Continue to cook until topping is softened, about another 5 minutes.
