Ingredients For russell famous porkchops

  • 1 pkg
    boneless porkchops
  • 3/4 c
    burgundy wine
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • roasted garlic & bell pepper seasoning
  • onion powder
  • salt and pepper

How To Make russell famous porkchops

    In a medium frying pan, add butter & burgundy wine. Stir a bit until butter is melted.
  • 2
    Start placing a couple porkchops at a time into the pan. While cooking, sprinkle all seasonings on porkchops (to your liking) on both sides.

    Each side should cook for at least 5-8 minutes.
