Looking for a new slow cooker pulled pork recipe? Try this delicious recipe. The roast is very tender and cooks in a rich sauce made from root beer and onions. We're not sure what magic the root beer does to pork, but it definitely does something and makes the most delicious pulled pork. We loved the sweet, spicy, slightly Asian flair of the sauce. If you have a large roast, the Crock Pot cooking time will have to be adjusted.
