Ingredients For roasted pork w/ apples

  • 1/2 tsp
    dried sage
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt and pepper each
  • 1 lb
    pork tenderloin
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1
    red onion, cut into wedges
  • 3
    cooking apples, cut into wedges.
  • 2/3 c
    apple cider

How To Make roasted pork w/ apples

    In small bowl, combine sage, salt and pepper. Rub mix on all sides of pork. Heat oven to 425.

    In lg skillet, over med-high heat, brown pork on all sides. Place pork in a roasting pan. Place onion wedges around pork. Roast uncovered for 10 ins.Place apple wedges arond pork and roast another 15 min or until no longer pink inside.

    transfer pork, onions and apples to a platter, keep warm. In small saucepan bring appl cider to a boil. Simmer gently until reduced to 1/3 cup. Drizzle over pork, onions and apples.
