Ingredients For roasted pork w/ apples

1/2 tspdried sage

1/4 tspsalt and pepper each

1 lbpork tenderloin

1 Tbspcanola oil

1red onion, cut into wedges

3cooking apples, cut into wedges.

2/3 capple cider
How To Make roasted pork w/ apples

1In small bowl, combine sage, salt and pepper. Rub mix on all sides of pork. Heat oven to 425.

2In lg skillet, over med-high heat, brown pork on all sides. Place pork in a roasting pan. Place onion wedges around pork. Roast uncovered for 10 ins.Place apple wedges arond pork and roast another 15 min or until no longer pink inside.

3transfer pork, onions and apples to a platter, keep warm. In small saucepan bring appl cider to a boil. Simmer gently until reduced to 1/3 cup. Drizzle over pork, onions and apples.
