1red chili, seeded and sliced

How To Make rice noodles with a spicy pork sauce

1Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.

2In a wok, add the sesame oil, pork, ginger, garlic, chili's, and chili bean paste. Add the noodles to boiling water in another pan.

3Cook the meat mixture until the pork in no longer pink. Make a well in the middle, pour in the sauce mixture, and incorporate it into the meat mixture.

4Once the noodles are done, drain. Serve the meat over the noodles and garnish with scallions and cilantro.
