Ingredients For ranch spaghetti pie

  • 8 oz
    spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 c
    hidden valley ranch dressing
  • 1/2 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 lb
    ground beef or ground sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 c
    shredded mozarella cheese

How To Make ranch spaghetti pie

    Preheat oven to 350. Cook the pasta according to pkg. directions and drain. In large bowl, whisk dressing together with ricotta cheese and eggs until smooth. Add the meat and the pasta to ricotta mixture, and stir until combined. Place pasta in 9 inch baking dish and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake covered 25 min. Remove the cover and bake for an additional 10 min. or until cheese is bubbly and browned. Let stand covered 10 min.
