Ingredients For ramen noodles with pork & chile sauce

1/4 cchili garlic sauce

1/4 csoy sauce

1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 lbground pork

2 pkgramen noodles (3 oz ea)

1/4 cunsalted peanuts, chopped

4green onions, sliced
How To Make ramen noodles with pork & chile sauce

1Place the chili garlic sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl. Whisk to combine and set aside.

2Warm a skillet over medium heat, then add the ground pork. Cook until the pork is fully browned and crumbly.

3Add the sauce to the pork, along with the peanuts. Simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to reduce by half.

4Meanwhile, boil water for the ramen noodles. Discard the seasoning packets. Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook according to the package directions. Drain.

5Add the noodles to the reduced sauce and toss to combine. Noodles should be coated in sauce. Top with the sliced green onions and serve.
