My husband loves hot dogs any style and this one was pretty inventive fun and yummy.

Ingredients For quesadogs

  • 4 sm
    flour tortillas taco size
  • 4 md
    flour tortillas fajita or burrito size
  • 1 lg
    jalapeno seeded and minced
  • 2
    green onion small dice
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 c
    monterey jack cheese shredded
  • 1 jar
    queso fresco sauce
  • 4
    hot dogs
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • sour cream or guacamole for serving

How To Make quesadogs

  • 1
    Top the larger flour tortilla with some shredded cheddar, Monterery Jack, jalapeno and green onion. Top with the smaller tortilla. Pour some queso sauce on top then the hot dog. Roll up and set aside seam side down.

    Repeat with the other 3 hot dogs. Place oil in large skillet and fry the quesadogs until browned on all sides. Warm the remaining queso sauce on pour on top. Serve with sour cream or guacamole if desired.
