Ingredients For purkey ramien burgers

1 lbground pork

1 lbground turkey, lean

2 pkgramien noodles, crushed

2 lgsweet onion, sliced thin

2 lgeggs

1/8 tspcheyenne pepper

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/8 tspgarlic powder

1/8 tspcurry powder

1/2 ccarrot, shredded

1/4 cbread crumbs, dry

1 lbmushrooms, sliced
How To Make purkey ramien burgers

1Mix together in large bowl, pork, turkey, eggs, Worcestershire, carrots, bread crumbs, crushed ramien noodles(including sauce packets), and spices. Cover and Refrigerate for one hour.

2After meat mixture has settled in the fridge for an hour, mold into approximately 1/4 pound patties.

3Spray 2 large frying pans, cook 4 patties in each pan. After patties are cooked on one side, turn over.

4Split up the sliced onions and mushrooms and place on top of burgers. Cover and cook an additional 10 minutes
