Another one from WQED "One Skillet" cookbook...really good, really easy! Just put it in the crock pot and go about your business! This is one of my favorites!

Ingredients For pulled pork bbq

3-5 lbpork roast, or mixed pork pcs (center cut & sirloin chops)

4 cwater

3beef or chicken bouillon cubes

garlic powder, to taste

coarse or kosher salt, to taste

fresh ground black pepper, to taste

12 ozbottle chili sauce
-
2-3 Tbsphoney
-
1 Tbspyellow mustard
-
1 tspdry mustard
-
4-6 dashlow sodium soy sauce

2/3 cdark brown sugar
-
1 cketchup
-
1 Tbspapple cider vinegar

5 dashhot sauce
-
12whole wheat kaiser rolls
How To Make pulled pork bbq

1Place meat in slow cooker; add water and bouillon. Season with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Cook on "HIGH" 4-6 hrs or til meat is very tender. Remove meat; set aside to cool slightly. Discard liquid.

2Shred meat with fingers, discarding any fat or bones. Return meat to slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Cook on "HIGH" for another 30-60 minutes longer. (If left unattended longer than 1 hr, set temperature to "LOW".)

3Stir well again and serve on whole wheat kaiser rolls.
