16 ozjar of salsa verde, spicyness to taste

1 mdwhite onion, finely chopped

4 ozcan diced mild chiles

1 tspdried oregano, crushed

How To Make pozolé verde

1Warm oil over medium-high heat. Season pork with salt. Working in batches, brown pork on all sides - 6 to 8 minutes. Add meat to crock pot.

2Stir in all other ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4.5-5 hours.

3Stir and serve with sour cream if desired.
