Ingredients For potato pork chops

  • 4 md
    boneless pork chops
  • 1 can
    cream of potato soup
  • 2 Tbsp
    cooking oil
  • 1/2 c
    milk or half and half
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 2 sm
    eggs beaten
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs, seasoned

How To Make potato pork chops

  • 1
    rinse chops and pat dry. dip chops in eggs then coat in seasoned bread crumbs, press hard to make sure chops are thouroughly coated
  • 2
    fry chops in heated oil five minutes each side till brown. place chops in baking dish
  • 3
    combine milk and potato soup with salt and pepper and pour over chops. sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
