4 mdboneless pork chops

1 cancream of potato soup

2 Tbspcooking oil

1/2 cmilk or half and half

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1/2 tsppaprika

2 smeggs beaten

1 cbread crumbs, seasoned
How To Make potato pork chops

1rinse chops and pat dry. dip chops in eggs then coat in seasoned bread crumbs, press hard to make sure chops are thouroughly coated

2fry chops in heated oil five minutes each side till brown. place chops in baking dish

3combine milk and potato soup with salt and pepper and pour over chops. sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
