4 cloveroasted garlic

2bay leaves, dried

salt and pepper

2 pinchcumnin

1 1/4cup red wine

1/4 colive oil, extra virgin (only)
How To Make portuguese pork an beans dish

1cut pork loin into cubes equaling 3lbs worth

2sautee in olive oil
-
3add garlic,wine, cumin, on low heat (be careful not to burn garlic)...

4add beans, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 1hr...... soooo yummy! serve with homemade french fried potatoes! (only use fresh potatoes)
