Ingredients For pork with fruit & peppers

  • 4
    pork chops, boneless
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 2
    italian peppers, slivered
  • 1/2
    red bell pepper, slivered
  • 1/2
    onion, chopped
  • lemon pepper seasoning
  • white wine
  • 1 dash
    rosemary
  • 1 c
    grapes, halved
  • 1
    plum tomato, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • sage leaves, fresh
  • juice of 1 lime

How To Make pork with fruit & peppers

    Put olive oil and butter in frying pan.
  • 2
    Generously sprinkle both sides of pork chops with lemon pepper seasoning and fry in pan.

    Add sliced peppers and onion.

    When pork is almost done, take veggies out and de-glaze the pan with white wine.

    Add rosemary, grapes & raisins.

    Put veggies back in the pan and add tomato, sage, cider vinegar.

    Top with lime juice and let simmer for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.
