Ingredients For pork with fruit & peppers

4pork chops, boneless

1 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbspbutter or margarine

2italian peppers, slivered
-
1/2red bell pepper, slivered

1/2onion, chopped
-
lemon pepper seasoning
-
white wine
-
1 dashrosemary
-
1 cgrapes, halved
-
1plum tomato, cut into chunks

1/4 ccider vinegar
-
1/2 craisins
-
sage leaves, fresh
-
juice of 1 lime
How To Make pork with fruit & peppers

1Put olive oil and butter in frying pan.

2Generously sprinkle both sides of pork chops with lemon pepper seasoning and fry in pan.

3Add sliced peppers and onion.

4When pork is almost done, take veggies out and de-glaze the pan with white wine.

5Add rosemary, grapes & raisins.
-
6Put veggies back in the pan and add tomato, sage, cider vinegar.

7Top with lime juice and let simmer for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.
