Ingredients For pork with cider

1 1/2 lblean boneless pork, cut into 2 inch cubes

1/3 call purpose flour

1/3 cvegetable oil

1 1/2 capple cider

2carrots, scraped and sliced

1 mdonion, sliced

1bay leaf

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1/2 tspdried whole rosemary

cooked mashed potatoes, hot cooked noodles, or hot cooked rice
How To Make pork with cider

1Dredge pork in flour; cook in oil in a large ovenproof skillet until browned on all sides. Remove pork; set pork aside. Discard drippings. Add apple cider to the skillet; cook over medium-high heat, deglazing skillet by scraping particles that cling to the bottom.

2Return the pork to the skillet; add the carrot and next 5 ingredients. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.

3Remove and discard the bay leaf. Serve the pork immediately over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice.
