- PORK TENDERLOIN:

23/4 pound pork tenderloins

1/2 csoy sauce
-
1/4 cwater
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 Tbspgrated onion
-
1 Tbspwhite vinegar
-
1/4 tspground red pepper
-
2 slicebacon
- MUSTARD SAUCE:
-
1/3 cmayonnaise
-
1/3 csour cream
-
1 Tbspdry mustard
-
1 Tbspgrated onion
-
1 1/2 tspwhite vinegar

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make pork tenderloin with mustard sauce

1Place the tenderloins in a shallow dish.

2Combine the soy sauce and the next 5 ingredients; stir well. Pour the marinade mixture over the tenderloins. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours, turning occasionally.

3Remove the tenderloins from the marinade, reserving marinade. Place ona rack in a shallow roasting pan. Place one slice of bacon on top of each tenderloin.

4Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the tenderloins registers 160°, basting frequently with the marinade. Serve with the mustard sauce.

5For the mustard sauce: Combine all the mustard sauce ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Cover and chill.
