The other night I had left over pork loin and was looking for something quick that just wasen't nuking the pork loin so I took what I would have prepared for dinner and put it in one dish. It only took me like 5 minutes to put together and was on the table in 35 minutes.

Ingredients For pork tenderloin shepards pie

2 cleft over cubed pork tenderloin, or any other left over pork roast

1 cancut green beans, drained

salt and pepper to taste

1 canpork gravy

1 pkginstant mashed potatoe packages your favorite flavor prepared
How To Make pork tenderloin shepards pie

1Spray pie plate with non stick cooking spray. Layer pork, green beans, salt and pepper, gravy and top with prepared mashed potatoes.

2Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with sharp cheddar cheese and put back in oven until melted.
