Ingredients For pork tenderloin casserole

3potatoes, thinly sliced

1 lbpork tenderloin

2 Tbsponions, minced

2 tspbutter

1/4 tspsage

1/2 tspsalt

1.5 cbread crumbs

"just a pinch" of pepper

"just a pinch" of salt

1.25 cmilk

2 Tbspbutter
How To Make pork tenderloin casserole

1Put thinly sliced potatoes in a well greased 2 quart casserole.

2Add 1 cup milk, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Combine remaining 1/4 cup milk with bread crumbs, seasonings, butter and onions.

4Spread over top of potatoes.

5Cut tenderloin into half inch slices, pound flat. Place on top of bread dressing.

6Dot with butter.

7Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
