Ingredients For pork tacos

1 lbcooked chooped pork shoulder butt

1 can10 oz enchilada sauce
-
1 Tbspcumin
-
1 Tbspchopped garlic
-
1/2 cchopped raddish
-
1/2 cbaby slice carrots
-
1/4 csliced green onions
-
1 pkgcorn tortillas
-
salt and pepper to taste

1 Tbspoil
How To Make pork tacos

1Add oil to a large skillet over med high heat, add garlic cumin and cook unitl golden brown ( a little crispy).

2Add enchilada sauce , salt and peper. Them simmer on low for 5 minutes or until favors blend.

3Put corn tortillas in a stremer to soften. Garnish with carrots green onion raddishes. Add sour cream salsa or gaucomole if you desire. Now Enjoy.
