Ingredients For pork stroganoff

  • 2 lb
    cubed pork (i used leftover country pork ribs)
  • 1 lb
    fresh mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 3/4 c
    milk

How To Make pork stroganoff

  • 1
    Slice mushrooms and saute with chopped onions in butter until liquid evaporates. Set aside.

    Brown pork in oil until brown. Place pork in 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with pepper & seasoned salt.

    Pour mushroom and onion mixture on top. Combine mushroom soup with milk. Pour over the mushrooms.

    Cover and bake at 325* for about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Serve over hot egg noodles.
