Found this recipe looking for a recipe for leftover pork! Served with noodles & a salad.

Ingredients For pork stroganoff

2 lbcubed pork (i used leftover country pork ribs)

1 lbfresh mushrooms
-
1 1/2 cancream of mushroom soup

1 lgonion, chopped

1 Tbspbutter
-
1 Tbspoil
-
3/4 cmilk
How To Make pork stroganoff

1Slice mushrooms and saute with chopped onions in butter until liquid evaporates. Set aside.

2Brown pork in oil until brown. Place pork in 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with pepper & seasoned salt.

3Pour mushroom and onion mixture on top. Combine mushroom soup with milk. Pour over the mushrooms.

4Cover and bake at 325* for about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Serve over hot egg noodles.
