THIS IS A GREAT RECIPE FOR A COLD AUTUMN'S NITE. YOU CAN USE RICE AS A BED FOR THE STEW OR JUST HAVE STEW AND CORNBREAD! WE LOVE IT WITH JALEPENO CORNBREAD & WHITE RICE.
