How To Make pork steaks

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

2Brown the pork steaks on the grill or in a cast iron skillet with a bit of oil. Put the pork steaks in a single layer in a large pan.

3Whisk the honey, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, ginger, ketchup, pineapple juice, and chili sauce. Baste the pork chops with a third of the sauce.

4Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Then baste again, cover, and cook for another 45 minutes. Baste one more time, cover, and cook until tender about 10-30 minutes.
