A easy and fast way to grill your "lip smacking" barbecue pork ribs.... We all have our favorite sauce to use...or make your own recipe. There are so many out there..... My family and friends have used this recipe..and loved it. So I am passing it on for you to enjoy. I found this recipe and picture in a cookbook from Publications International. LTD.

Ingredients For pork ribs--micro start, then grilled

  • 1 Tbsp
    firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 dash
    red pepper...optional
  • 3 lb
    pork back ribs
  • 1/3 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    your favorite barbecue sauce

How To Make pork ribs--micro start, then grilled

    Combine brown sugar,cumin,salt and peppers in a small bowl. Rub onto ribs. Arrange ribs in a single layer, in a 13x9 inch micro-wave safe dish.

    Pour water over ribs, cover loosley with plastic wrap. Micro-wave on medium -high power (70%) power) 15 minutes, rearranging ribs and rotating dish half way thru cooking time.

    To grill: Grill ribs on a hot covered grill..15-20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Baste with your favorite sauce, the last 10 minutes. Ribs should be browned and cooked through. *** Now time for your lip smackin delicious ribs!!! Enjoy...Nancy...7/2/12
