This is my grandmothers recipe that my mom used to cook for us growing up. You can manage your salt intake if you choose.

Ingredients For pork, pumpkin & long beans

1 - 2 lbbelly pork, cubed

1 mdtomato, cleaned & quartered

1 mdonion, chopped

salt & pepper, to taste

1 smjapanese pumpkin, peeled & cubed

2 pkglong beans (ootong), cut into bite size
-
3 clovegarlic, smashed & chopped

1 Tbspaloha shoyu (amino acid)
How To Make pork, pumpkin & long beans

1Fry pork until crispy then add garlic & fry then add salt & pepper. Add enough water to cover pork. Add tomato, shoyu & onion then boil until tomato becomes limp then add pumpkin & cook for 3 more minutes then cover & do not remove but leave on stove for about 1 hour(pumpkin will finish cooking in pot
