I was looking for something different to make out of a leftover pork tenderloin and made a quick supper that my 13 year old daughter LOVES!

Ingredients For pork pockets

  • 1 can
    homestyle buttery biscuits
  • 1 md
    carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp
    barbecue sauce
  • 1 pinch
    cheese, shredded
  • leftover pork tenderloin thinly sliced into strips

How To Make pork pockets

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Between sheets of wax paper roll out canned biscuits to thin rounds.

    In each round smear in the barbeque sauce, a pinch of carrots, and layer cheese and 2 strips of tenderloin. Fold over and seal closed by pinching the ends together with a fork.

    Place on cookie sheet and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy.
