Ingredients For pork medallions in mushroom sauce

  • 6-8
    pork chops, boneless, thin cut
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 sm
    shallot, diced small
  • 1 c
    mushrooms, fresh & chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/2 c
    wine ( any)
  • salt/pepper

How To Make pork medallions in mushroom sauce

    In a plate add flour, salt & pepper.
  • 2
    dust each side of pork chops, heat the butter & olive oil in a skillet and cook 1 min on each side.

    remove chops, add the shallots & mushrooms, saute a few minutes, add in the chicken stock & wine.

    add back the chops and simmer 10 mins. serve with mashed potatoes..Yum
