6-8pork chops, boneless, thin cut

1/4 cflour

1 smshallot, diced small

1 cmushrooms, fresh & chopped

1 Tbspbutter

1 Tbspolive oil
-
1 cchicken broth
-
1/2 cwine ( any)

salt/pepper
How To Make pork medallions in mushroom sauce

1In a plate add flour, salt & pepper.

2dust each side of pork chops, heat the butter & olive oil in a skillet and cook 1 min on each side.

3remove chops, add the shallots & mushrooms, saute a few minutes, add in the chicken stock & wine.

4add back the chops and simmer 10 mins. serve with mashed potatoes..Yum
