Ingredients For extended pork pizza casserole

    cooked bacon strips, crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp
    avocado oil
  • 2 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 pkg
    sloppy joe seasoning
  • 3 c
    dry rotini pasta
  • 4 Tbsp
    pizza seasoning, divided
  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 4
    fresh boneless pork chops, sliced
  • 3
    sweet italian sausages, casings removed
  • 1 c
    refrigerated shredded pork
  • 1 c
    cubed ham
  • 1
    can pizza sauce (14 oz)
  • 1 c
    shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c
    shredded pizza cheese blend

How To Make extended pork pizza casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Coat a 9x13 -inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add crumbled bacon evenly.

    Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook for 4 minutes until evenly browned. Drain grease. Mix in sloppy joe seasoning. Transfer to a medium bowl.

    Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Stir in rotini pasta. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain. Season with 2 tablespoons pizza seasoning.

    Heat margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced pork chops, Italian sausage, shredded pork and cubed ham. Saute for 5 minutes or until well tender.

    Remove from heat, mix in cooked pasta and remaining pizza seasoning.

    Pour into a prepared baking dish. Spread with pizza sauce evenly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and the pizza cheese blend.
