Ingredients For extended pork pizza casserole

6cooked bacon strips, crumbled

1 Tbspavocado oil

2 lbground pork
-
1 pkgsloppy joe seasoning

3 cdry rotini pasta

4 Tbsppizza seasoning, divided

2 Tbspmargarine
-
4fresh boneless pork chops, sliced

3sweet italian sausages, casings removed

1 crefrigerated shredded pork
-
1 ccubed ham
-
1can pizza sauce (14 oz)

1 cshredded Parmesan cheese

2 cshredded pizza cheese blend
How To Make extended pork pizza casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Coat a 9x13 -inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add crumbled bacon evenly.

3Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook for 4 minutes until evenly browned. Drain grease. Mix in sloppy joe seasoning. Transfer to a medium bowl.

4Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Stir in rotini pasta. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain. Season with 2 tablespoons pizza seasoning.

5Heat margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced pork chops, Italian sausage, shredded pork and cubed ham. Saute for 5 minutes or until well tender.

6Remove from heat, mix in cooked pasta and remaining pizza seasoning.

7Pour into a prepared baking dish. Spread with pizza sauce evenly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and the pizza cheese blend.

8Bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
