4 lbboneless pork loin roast (up to 6 pounds)

1 cplum jam

1/3 cfrozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

1/3 cpineapple juice

1/4 csoy sauce

1 tsponion powder

1/4 tspgarlic powder
How To Make pork loin roast

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2Line a roasting pan with foil.

3Cook the roast until temperature on meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees F (about 30 minutes per pound).

4Combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.

5After the roast reaches 170 degrees F, brush frequently with sauce while continuing to roast for a further 30 minutes.

6Let rest for about 10 minutes to distribute juices before slicing.

7Pass remaining sauce with roast.
