    pork loin chops, boneless
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, unsalted
  • 4 Tbsp
    vegtable oil
  • pinch
    salt and pepper
  • dash
    paprika
  • 8 oz
    heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour

    season chops with salt, pepper and paprika on both sides, put enough paprika to coat chops.

    heat butter and oil in frying pan

    place chops in pan and cook on each side for 3-5 minutes, depending on thickness, then set aside on warm plate.

    add flour to pan, absorbing the oil, then add the cream scraping the pan, cook until thickened. Pour over chops and enjoy!
