Ingredients For pork hot dish

  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 lb
    boneless pork-cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/4-1/2 c
    green or red sweet peppers..chopped
  • 1 pkg
    (12oz)medium egg noodles..cooked and drained
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup..undiluted
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup..undiluted
  • 1 can
    (14-3/4oz)cream style corn
  • 1/1 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    crushed saltines
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter or margarine..melted

How To Make pork hot dish

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. In a skillet heat oil. Cook pork and onion,red or green pepper until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. In a large bowl,combine pork mixture,noodles,soups, corn,milk,salt & pepper.Mix well. Turn into a ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish. Combine saltines & butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake 350 455 minutes or until heated through.
