Ingredients For pork- hawaiian

    pork shoulder or pork tenderloin cut into cubes
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1 can
    20oz pineapple chunks in juice
  • water
  • 1/3 c
    wine vinagar
  • 1
    onion sliced
  • 1
    green pepper cubed
  • 2 can
    water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 jar
    sliced mushrooms, drained. optional
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce, a total of 1/2 cup in total recipe..
