Ingredients For pork chops with pear, honey and balsamic sauce

1 Tbspbutter, room temperature

1 Tbspolive oil

1red onion

1 cwhite wine

1 cvegetable or chicken stock

1pear sliced thinly

1 Tbsphoney

1 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
How To Make pork chops with pear, honey and balsamic sauce

1score, oil and salt along fat if you like, fry or bake your pork chops and set aside in a warm place

2put olive oil and butter into a pan fry red onion until soft, add wine, stock pear and honey.

3reduce by half or until nice and thick!

4place your chops over a bed of creamy garlic mash, and pour over your sauce!
