Blue Ribbon Recipe

Member's Choice! This traditional Danish pork chop recipe benefits from the addition of provolone cheese. The chops are crispy on the outside, moist and juicy on the inside. The elegant mushroom cheese sauce creates a great balance of flavor. We loved the ease of making these pork chops and can't wait to make them again. They are easy enough for a weeknight meal for the family but fancy enough that you can serve to company.
