1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper

1 Tbspvegetable oil

1/2 cfat-free, reduced sodium chicken broth

1 1/2 Tbspdijon mustard

1/3 cfat-free half & half or fat-free evaporated milk
How To Make pork chops with low-fat mustard-cream sauce

1Sprinkle pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Brown in 1 tbsp. oil over medium-high heat. Remove from pan and set aside.

2Lower temp and add chicken broth to the skillet and add dijon mustard and cream. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Return chops to sauce and continue simmering until chops are cooked through.

3Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
