Ingredients For pork chops no measuring

yellow mustard

3-5pork chops, boneless
-
salt and pepper

all purpose flour
-
vegetable oil
-
ritz crackers
-
2eggs
How To Make pork chops no measuring

1cover pork chops with a generous amount of mustard. marinate in fridge for at least 1 hour (I like mine overnight)

2leave mustard on the pork chops, salt and pepper both sides

3poll in flour and shake off excess

4beat eggs in a shallow bowl then coat the pork chops in the eggs

5crumble the crackers on a plate then coat the pork chops in the cracker crumbs

6heat a small amount of oil in a skillet on med high heat. Brown both sides then promptly remove chops
-
7place in baking dish and cook for 20-30 minutes at 350
