Ingredients For pork chops in wine sauce

1 cflour

6pork loin chops (approx. 1/2 pound each)

2 Tbspolive oil

2 clovegarlic, minced

1 mdonion, diced

1 cchicken stock

1/2 cwine (red or white)

2 Tbsptomato paste
-
1/2 tspfreshly ground black pepper

salt to taste

chopped parsley for garnish
How To Make pork chops in wine sauce

1Coat the pork chops in flour and set aside.

2Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the chops, browning on each side.

3Season with salt and pepper and add the garlic, onion. and chicken stock. Whisk together the wine and tomato paste well and add the mixture to the skillet. Cover and reduce heat to low -- simmer gently for one hour.

4To serve, place the chops on a serving platter with a squeeze of lime. Spoon the sauce over the top and garnish with parsley.
