My kids and grandkids love this. It's a great one pan meal, just add a salad or some green veggies and you have a wonderful meal.

    pork chops, boneless
  • 1 lb
    velveeta cheese -cut up
  • 1 stick
    margarine or butter
  • 1 c
    milk
  • salt and pepper - to taste
  • 6-8 lg
    potatoes - sliced thinly

How To Make pork chops & cheese potatoes

    Lay pork chops in a single layer in a large baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with potatoes and put the velveeta cheese and margarine cut up on top. Pour the milk over and salt and pepper. Bake @ 400 for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
