pork chops baked with cornbread stuffing

The name is a bit misleading...this isn't the regular chop/stuffing dish. These chops are covered in a brown sugar/mustard glaze. I would recommend precooking the onion and celery before it goes into the oven though..unless you like it a bit crunchy?!

1 1/2 ccrushed cornbread stuffing mix
How To Make pork chops baked with cornbread stuffing

1In a bowl, combine the corn, onion, and celery. Stir in stuffing. Spread across the bottom of a greased 11" x 7" x 2" baking dish

2Arrange pork loin chops over stuffing

3Combine brown sugar and mustard; spread over chops.

4Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through.
