Ingredients For pork chops and gravy

1/2 call purpose flour
-
1 1/2 tspdry mustard

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspgarlic powder

61-inch thick lean pork chops
-
10 3/4 ozcan condensed chicken broth-undilute

1 Tbspvegetable oil
How To Make pork chops and gravy

1Combine: first four ingredients in a shallow dish; dredge chops in flour mixture and set aside.

2Combine: remaining flour mixture and chicken broth in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker. (I use a shaker to mix them well, also use a 6 quart crock pot)

3Pour: oil into a large skillet, place over medium-high heat until hot. Cook pork chops in hot oil just until browned on both sides; place in slow cooker.

4Cook, covered, on HIGH 2 to 2 1/2 hours (I cook whatever) or until tender. Serve with hot rice or mashed potatoes.
