I make this recipe one a week, but some times I use beef or chicken piecces when I dont have chop pork.

Ingredients For pork chop suey

1 lbchop pork
-
2 Tbspvegetabe oil
-
1/2 conion's, sliced

1 ccelery, sliced thinly

1/2 cgreen bell pepper

1 1/4 cwater
-
1bouillon cubes
-
1 Tbspcornstarch
-
1 canbean sprouts
-
1 canwater chestnuts
-
1/2 tspsalt and pepper
-
2 Tbspshoyu "soy sauce"
How To Make pork chop suey

1Frist in a large fryinf oan cook the pork in the hot oil until well seared. Then add in the vegetable's to the pan& cook for about 3 mins. Make sure to stir constantly.

2Next add in the water 1 cup at a time with the bouillon cube & mix in the cornstrach with the rest of the water. Then add in to the frying pan.

3Then cook ust until thick. Then add in the last 4 ingerdient's, heat well & the vegetable's should still be crisp.
