How To Make pork chop & rice casserole

1Salt and pepper pork chops,then brown in oil in large oven-safe skillet;drain and set aside. In same pan,saute onion in butter until soft. Add remaining ingredients except meat,mixing well. Arrange pork chops on rice mixture;cover and bake at 350 degrees about 45 mins or until done.
