I love one dish recipes and this was one I found a few years ago in a magazine. I have added a few ingredients to tweak it & it was love at first bite. I am not a fan of pork chops but these turn out so moist, they are divine! Hope u enjoy it as much as I do.

Ingredients For pork chop ole

6 mdpork loin chops (or what ever piece of pork u like)

2 Tbspoil

1 pinchsalt

1 pinchpepper

1 1/2 cwater
-
1 cantomato sauce (8oz)

3/4 clong grain rice, uncooked

2 Tbsptaco seasoning mix
-
1 mdgreen pepper, chopped
-
1 mdonion, chopped
-
1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded or taco cheese
How To Make pork chop ole

1In 13x9 casserole pan, combine water, 1 tsp oil, tomato sauce, rice, green pepper, onion & taco seasoning. Stir gently to mix seasoning in.

2In large Skillet, brown pork chops in oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

3Arrange chops over rice mix. Cover with lid or tin foil & bake at 350 for 1 hour or until rice & meat are tender. Uncover & sprinkle with cheese.
