I got this recipe from a LPB program in my home state of Louisiana.

Ingredients For pork chop jambalaya

2 lbpork chops, boneless

salt and pepper to taste

1/4inch of oil

1 cchopped onions
-
3/4 cchopped bell pepper

1/4 cchopped celery
-
1 cwater
-
4 ccooked rice
-
1 1/2 cchopped green onion tops
How To Make pork chop jambalaya

1Brown seasoned chops in oil. Remove & saute vegetables in the same oil. When done remove as much oil from the pot as you can & add a small amount of the water to form a gravy with the drippings from the pot.

2Put the chops back in and cook on medium 20 min.

3Add the rest of the water, cooked rice & green onions, stir well & cover. Simmer on low for about 10 min.
