This is my favorite pork chop casserole.Not sure where I got it but it's a family favorite.

Ingredients For pork chop casserole

3/4 call-prpose flour

1 tspsalt
-
1/2 Tbsppepper
-
6pork chops
-
2 Tbspoil
-
1condensed cream of mushroom soup[undiluted]

2/3 cchicken broth
-
1/4 tspdried thyme
-
1 csour cream,divided
-
1 [2.8] ozcan of french-fried onions[divided
How To Make pork chop casserole

1Cut off any visible fat from chops.

2In a shallow bowl,combine flour,salt and pepper;dredge pork chops in mixture.

3Heat oil in a large skillet.Cook porkchops for 4 minutes on each side or until brown.Place in a single layer in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking dish.

4Combine soup, broth,pepper,thyme and 1/2 cup of sour cream;pour over chops.Sprinkle with half of the onions.Cover and bake at 350 degrees for45-50 minutes.Stir remaining sour cream into sauce.Top chops with remaining onions.Return to oven,uncovered,for 10 minutes.
