Ingredients For pork chop casserole

  • 6
    pork chops
  • whatever seasoning you like to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, cold
  • 1 c
    raw rice
  • worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can
    onion soup
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 c
    water

How To Make pork chop casserole

  • 1
    Brown seasoned pork chops in butter.
  • 2
    Place rice in buttered casserole, (I use 9x13). Sprinkle with worcestershire sauce.

    add the can and package of onion soups and the water. Mix it all well.
  • 4
    place the pork chops on top. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 350º oven.
